We take great care in creating personalized Islamic books that are unique, heartfelt, and tailored to your child. Each book is custom-illustrated based on the information and images you provide.

Character Illustration Accuracy

Please note that while we do our best to reflect your child’s features in the illustrations, the final result is a stylized representation and may not be an exact match. To help us create the most accurate likeness, we strongly encourage you to provide a clear photo of your child when placing your order.

If You're Unsatisfied

If you're genuinely unhappy with how your book turned out, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will carefully review your concerns.

Because each book is made just for you, we do not offer full refunds or accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective. However, in special cases, we may offer a partial refund if we determine that the final result did not meet reasonable expectations.

Please note:

• Refund or return requests made after 14 days of delivery cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

• All refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
